Winter Herbal Tea:
Add 4-5 pinches per liter of boiling water, infuse for 5-10 minutes and then filter. Store in a dry place, away from light and heat. Not advised for children under the age of 3, nor for pregnant or breast-feeding women.
Sapin Blanc Bath Salts:
Add 3-4 spoonfuls to a hot bath. Non-foaming. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes . Not suitable for young children.
Winter Herbal Tea:
Lemon Thyme*, Thyme*, Raspberry**, Hyssop*, Sage*, Cornflower*.
